Do I need any experience to participate?

Experience at Rapha Place is not needed. Come, relax and let God guide you through your spiritual journey.

Will there be meditation classes offered at Rapha?

Rapha Place currently offers recorded guided meditations but does not plan to offer meditation classes at this time.

Will Rapha provide housing?

Rapha place as it is currently positioned is intended to be an outdoor experience. There are a number of hotels and inns in the area, and we encourage you to reach out to those establishments that provide overnight accommodations.

Is fasting apart of the Rapha program?

Your spiritual wellness is the central focus of Rapha Place. Fasting is a very personal decision in which Rapha Place takes no position. We entrust you will use this time as you deem appropriate.

Are there walking trails at Rapha?

At this time, Rapha Place does not have any “formal” walking trails. However, there are several informal walking trails. The property has a driveway which is one quarter mile in length. There is also an unpaved walkway which leads to the wooded area of the property. Future plans are to create formal walking trails throughout the property including the wooded area.

Is there strong WiFi available?

Rapha Place is a setting for restoration, regeneration, and renewal. Therefore, we encourage all retreatants to turn off their electronic devices and to remember their purpose in visiting Rapha Place.

Are there water activities?

Current activities at Rapha Place do not include water activities. However, plans are in the works to restore an inground pool for retreatants to use as well as several other water activities.

Is there a nature walk on the property?

Rapha Place is an open area which is ideal for nature walks. While the nature walk experience is not a “formal” trails, the property lends itself to individual walking experiences as you tour the property.

Is there a place for my RV?

While Rapha Place is not set up to accommodate RVs, with prior approval, we may be able to make arrangements for your RV.

Are there places of interest around your location?

Are there bathing facilities on the properties?

Rapha Place is currently set up as an outdoor day retreat experience. As such the property is not positioned to provide any bathing facilities.

Do you have to be of a certain faith to come to the property?

Rapha Place wishes to establish itself as a place for personal spiritual growth and renewal.
